I have created this blog to show everyone what I am doing in the great state of Alaska. I arrived here on May 17 and I have been mostly doing training this past week at park HQ in Wrangell-St. Elias National Park and Preserve. I will continue training this week and a bit of next week. I am going to be a Park Ranger Interpretation Intern at the Kennecott Mines district, which is what remains of an old copper mining town that was active from the early 1900’s up until around 1940.
I will be posting pictures, videos, stories, and anything else from my travels here! You may even see my good friend Gumby appear every once in a while. Check back often!
